Shipping policy

UK DELIVERIES - We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. 

Other countries will be added as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD. You will be emailed with shipping confirmation once we start processing your order. A tracking code will be provided with a link to the service used. Please ensure you have given an active email address or phone number to receive updates on your order.

Please note that during busy periods, paid shipping takes priority. If you need an order urgently, we recommend that you select DPD Delivery at checkout.

**Paid for DPD Delivery will take priority over orders which receive Free DPD Delivery. If you need to guarantee your order will arrive asap, it may be worthwhile paying for DPD Delivery, especially on busy days such as launches and sales.

We are not responsible for delays to deliveries that are as a result of the courier.

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. Please contact the courier.

Next Day Delivery is not available on pre-orders. Please read the full pre-order information upon ordering and allow up to the full stated working days for delivery of these products.

We are unable to combine multiple orders.

 

MISSING ORDERS

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. Please contact Royal Mail with enquiries to missing orders. If they have been shipped back to us due to an incomplete address, we will be able to re-send this out to you but the postage will need to be re-paid and a reliable address used. 

Please keep an eye on your order tracking as if you have had an attempted delivery and do not collect within the local courier's time frame, the order will be shipped back to us. This will result in further charges for your order to be shipped back out to you or the items from your order being refunded and cancelled.
